The city and county of Denver is the capital and the most populous city of the state of Colorado. Located in the South Platte River Valley on the High Plains just east of the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains, Denver's downtown district is located immediately east of the confluence of Cherry Creek with the South Platte River, approximately 15 miles east of the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Denver is nicknamed the Mile-High City because its official elevation is exactly one mile above sea level. Just southeast of Virginia Village, less than one mile northeast of the East Evans Avenue/South Colorado (highway 2) intersection is Public Storage (4101 East Evans Avenue.) It is also the midway point between Observatory Park (to the southwest) and Ash Grove Park (to the northeast.) Halfway between Southmoor Park (to the northwest) and Hampden Park (to the northeast) is Public Storage, at 4405 South Quebec Street, which easily accessed by exiting instate 225 to the right, on Quebec. Between East Asbury Avenue and East Evans Avenue, storage if available at Public Storage (5005 East Evans Avenue), one block east of South Dahlia Street. In Glendale, look for Public Storage at 5080 Leetsdale Drive (highway 83), less than one block north of Mir Park, between and South Elm and South Forest streets. Conveniently located just west of Bear Creek Park and Pond and Bear Valley Shopping Mall, off of highway 285 is Public Storage (5500 West Hampden Avenue), with self storage capacity for all of your treasures, large and small.
